(I will be updating 2013 also over the next week. We had a great Christmas with my mom and Harold.)
When I picked up my "New Years" cards, I realized that I had made a spelling error. I spelled enjoyed "enjoed". I thought about reprinting them and then I decided that they represented real life. :-) Life is not perfect, and I don't want it to be. I just want to enjoy learning and growing and experiencing new things with friends and family by my side.
I look forward to a great 2014, enjoying the little things as well as the big. I will be trying to document some of those moments, not perfectly.
2013 ended with a sick little baby. He wore this "fever bug" so we could see how his temperature was doing.
Jeff turned 38 on the 3rd. His birthday always comes quickly after Christmas. We went to one of his favorite places- a restaurant that has huge screen TV's to watch sports! There is also an arcade. It was fun to celebrate as a family. I love this little family of mine.
Jeff and Caden are such great buddies. Caden's face lights up when Jeff walks in the room. It is very sweet to watch.

We got your card! I didn't even notice the typo. That fever thing is very cool. I like your motto for the year.
Well, Amy, if you didn't catch the error, then most people won't. :-) Your home is beautiful. I loved seeing you and meeting all the kids I have read about for years! Hope to see you up here soon.
You always keep realistic expectations and don't get sucked into having an altered view of life. Life is beautiful just how it is. No need to sugar coat or make it seem different than it is. I love seeing your little ones grow and it's apparent that you all are one happy family. Good job Kel!
